Make Other Data Available from Current Window

The purpose of this page is to highlight all the options you have when trying to make data available to a user from a specific window. Said another way, there are times when you need to bring in data from multiple places into a single window. Here are your options:
  1. Create a sub-tab: this is by far to most common way to linking two different sources of data together. Example: Sales Order Header (C_Order) and Sales Order Line (C_OrderLine).
  2. Column SQL: Create a column SQL field.
  3. Quick Info: Create a Quick Info view in the right-side help bar.
  4. Zoom Across: Toolbar icon with a magnifying glass and an arrow. Defined in Relation Type window.
