Commitment or Encumbrance Accounting
- When a Shipment occurs against a Sales Order, the Shipment => Qty is not considered. Instead, the whole commitment is relieved even if you are only shipping 1 out of a quantity of 1000. While this situation is not technically a bug, it is not desirable by most I have spoken with.
- When a Shipment is reversed, the reversing shipment does not re-establish the commitment. Said another way, the reversing shipment releases the commitment again. This is a bug!
